Mindful Photography

Learn how forest bathing can inspire your photography.

Content Detail

Forest bathing is an immersive, sensory experience in nature designed to help you slow down and notice your surroundings. This deep level of observation can reveal wonders of nature you may have not noticed before.

In this special offering, you are invited to bring your camera along for the walk to capture the magic you uncover. Unlike setting out into the forest with a specific target shot you want to get, forest bathing with your camera is about letting the shot reveal itself to you.

We will use traditional forest bathing invitations to deepen your connection with the land, slow down and let the forest show you the treasures you can capture with your lens.

All levels and cameras are welcome and encouraged to participate.

This program meets in person at the Arboretum.
