Please note: Starting on Wednesday, November 5, Arbor Reading Adventures will be replaced by Wednesday Storytime at The Morton Arboretum. This new, year-round program takes place in the Sterling Morton Library from October through April, and in the Children’s Garden from May through September.

Join us in the Sterling Morton Library at The Morton Arboretum for fun and interactive storytimes. We’ll read nature-based stories, make a craft, and then head outside for a short adventure walk.

This drop-in program meets on-site at the Arboretum.

Instructor: Laura Kamedulski, coordinator for youth and family programs, The Morton Arboretum

Age: Recommended for families with children ages 2 to 6. Adults must accompany children.

Laura Kamedulksi leads programs for early childhood ages and supervises the Arboretum’s youth volunteers. She is a forest therapy guide and enjoys helping people connect with trees, nature, and the land.

What to Know

Program tickets are available at the Information Desk in the Visitor Center for the day of your visit only. Tickets cannot be purchased over the phone, online, or for another day. Tickets do not include admission to the Arboretum.

Adults must accompany children.
