Social Seedlings offers young children the opportunity to learn from each other and evaluate how their natural responses may impact others.
Activities are tailored to engage children’s interests while encouraging their social and emotional development, awakening curiosity, and developing a sense of responsibility and caring for the world around them.
Developmentally-appropriate activities will focus on five domains of social emotional learning: self awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.

Samantha Benjamin has a background in special education and early childhood. She helps to make the Children’s Garden more accessible and enjoys creating opportunities for all children to explore and experience nature.
