Full Moon Guided Hike

Hike the Arboretum under the light of a full moon.

Content Detail

As the naturalist guide leads you along moonlit trails at The Morton Arboretum, learn moon facts and lore, how animals are adapted for nighttime, and how they prepare for winter. Enjoy the magic of crisp winter air, the symphony of sounds, and hopefully some wildlife darting through the darkness. In this special opportunity to enjoy the Arboretum at night, you’ll be surprised how much you can see in the dark.
