In this four-week outdoor adventure in the Children’s Garden, young explorers ages 3-5 years old will dig in the dirt, plant seeds, play, and hike while learning about nature around us. Adults will receive tips to continue the exploration at home.

Kathryn Neuffer has a background in early childhood and special education. She enjoys introducing the Arboretum’s youngest visitors to the wonders of the outdoors and helping to increase children’s curiosity toward the natural world through play and hands-on experiences.
