Starting Saturday, May 17, 2025, cold beverages will be available to purchase from the Traveling Tap Beverage Bike, a new mobile beverage service at The Morton Arboretum.
The Traveling Tap will offer craft beer on tap, nonalcoholic beer on tap, fruit juice, and water for purchase.
The bike will be stationed at several locations in the Arboretum’s central area from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day).
The Traveling Tap Beverage Bike will accept credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay only. Cash will not be accepted.
Locations
The Traveling Tap will always stop first at The Gerard T. Donnelly Grand Garden, followed by the Wonder Woods Mini Golf course. On busy days, the bike will make a third stop at one of the colorful large-scale animal sculptures included in Vivid Creatures, a new outdoor art exhibition at The Morton Arboretum.
Please note that Wonder Woods Mini Golf requires advance purchase of timed tickets. Vivid Creatures and The Gerard T. Donnelly Grand Garden will be open to the public and included with Arboretum admission.
