On Saturday, May 9, 2026, spend a beautiful spring afternoon sampling wine as you stroll along The Morton Arboretum’s Meadow Lake Trail and admire the blooming seasonal display beds in Arbor Court.

Once you’ve sampled and selected your favorite wines, place an order to pick up the wine of your choosing at a later date. Each wine purchase you make supports The Morton Arboretum’s mission, with 10% of all wine sales being donated back to the Arboretum.

Breads, cheeses, baked goods, and crafts will be available to purchase from artisan vendors.

Tickets go on sale to all on Tuesday, March 17.

Event tickets include entry to the Spring Wine Tasting event from noon to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 9. Each ticket holder will enjoy 25 tastings and receive a commemorative tasting glass.

VIP tickets include early entry from 11:00 a.m. to noon, one hour before the event opens to regular ticket holders.

Designated driver tickets are not available for this event. Nondrinking attendees should purchase Arboretum general admission for Saturday, May 9.

Food Options

Concessions will be available to purchase in Arbor Court and on Tram Road during the event.

Sourdough bread, baked goods, cheeses, and other artisanal products will be available to purchase from vendors.

Food and beverages are also available at the Ginkgo Restaurant and the Ginkgo Café, both located in the Visitor Center. The Ginkgo Restaurant is open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. From 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Ginkgo Café offers prepackaged salads and sandwiches, bakery items, espresso beverages, hot tea, and drip coffee.

After sampling, order your favorite wine and spirits by the case at a 10% discount.

The Morton Arboretum will receive 10% of all wine and spirit purchases as a donation. Each ticket or wine purchase helps support a greener, healthier, more beautiful world where people and trees thrive together.

Home shipping is available for an additional fee.

Accessibility

The Spring Wine Tasting event takes place in the Arbor Court and Meadow Lake Trail areas. Paved walkways throughout this area are accessible to wheelchairs and walkers. The tasting tables will be stationed on the pavement, or on the grass within ten feet of the path.
