In this four-week adventure in the Children’s Garden, young explorers will play, hike, read, and discover new things about the natural world. Each week, program participants will explore seasonal topics and investigate nature all around them.

Age: Children ages 18 to 35 months. An adult must accompany the child.

Kathryn Neuffer has a background in early childhood and special education. She enjoys introducing the Arboretum’s youngest visitors to the wonders of the outdoors and helping to increase children’s curiosity toward the natural world through play and hands-on experiences.

What to Know

Dress for the weather. This program takes place both indoors and out.
