Butterflies use a variety of plants for nectar, but often their caterpillars are more particular. Monarchs eat milkweed, but what about everyone else? Learn about the benefits of using native plants to attract more butterflies to your yard, and which ones will give you the most ecological bang for your buck.

This program is offered in conjunction with the Arboretum’s Honeybee Weekend, a celebration of honeybees, beneficial insects, and the vital roles that pollinators play in our environment and food systems.

This program is free with Arboretum general admission. Advance online registration is required due to limited space.
