Movement in Nature Photography

Have fun experimenting with movement in your nature photography.

Content Detail

In this four-hour workshop, explore how your camera’s lenses and settings can be used to capture movement in creative ways. Learn techniques for freezing motion, emphasizing movement, and creating abstract effects through intentional camera movement and exposure.

The workshop begins with classroom instruction, followed by time on the Arboretum grounds to practice your new skills. You’ll then return to the classroom to review and discuss your images. Bring your camera and be ready to experiment.

All experience levels are welcome.
