Carrie Carlson earned an MFA in scientific illustration at the University of Michigan and an MA in printmaking from Governors State University. She is a full-time high school art teacher. In her free time, she loves to fill up travel sketchbooks and grow a rowdy garden.
What to Know
Please have the following supplies ready when logging in to the workshop:
- Watercolor cards (3 ½ x 4 ½) or larger watercolor paper cut down to notecard size
- Watercolor paints—any set will work
- Brushes
- Bowl of water
- Paper towels
- Pencil
- Optional: masking tape, salt for creating texture
