For many home gardeners, plastic plant pots tend to accumulate quickly. If you have plastic garden pots to recycle, bring them to the Arboretum this spring.
Whether you’ve just finished planting your purchases from the Arbor Day Plant Sale or have been collecting plastic pots in the garage for many seasons, recycling them is a great way to support a greener, healthier world.

Bring your plastic plant pots to the Plant Pot Recycling trailer on designated days and collection times. Details will be available soon.
Please rinse soil and potting mix from pots before you bring them for recycling.
Arboretum members may visit the Arboretum any time and proceed to the recycling location. Guests who are not members must purchase Arboretum general admission.
