Explore a sprawling display of imaginative landscapes built of LEGO® bricks featuring small trains running through LEGO city streets, between skyscrapers, and into dreamlike scenes populated by mythological creatures. Fun for kids and fascinating for adults, this miniature world is sure to inspire and delight.
In partnership with the Northern Illinois LEGO Train Club, LEGO Trains will be on display this winter in the Visitor Center. This event is free for Arboretum members and included with admission for Arboretum guests, subject to availability.

Entrance to the display is capacity controlled to 100 visitors per half hour, and requires a separate free exhibit entry pass. Exhibit entry passes will be available to pick up at the Information Desk in the Visitor Center, while capacity permits.
Exhibit entry passes are not available in advance, and must be picked up on the day of your visit from the Information Desk in the Visitor Center.
Owing to demand, there may be a significant wait to enter the display. Purchasing timed-entry admission to the Arboretum does not guarantee exhibit entry.
The LEGO Trains Member Preview offers a chance to see the display before admission opens to the general public. Advance registration is required for the Member Preview event.
