In this hands-on, sensory-based program at The Morton Arboretum, young explorers will hike, play, listen to stories, and engage in science and art activities.

Topics will change monthly.

Kathryn Neuffer has a background in early childhood and special education. She enjoys introducing the Arboretum’s youngest visitors to the wonders of the outdoors and helping to increase children’s curiosity toward the natural world through play and hands-on experiences.

What to Know

Dress for the weather. This program takes place both indoors and out.
