Join us for this four-week outdoor adventure in the Children’s Garden. Each day we will play, hike, read stories, and participate in nature-related activities.

Content Detail

In this four-week outdoor adventure in the Children’s Garden, young explorers will play, hike, read stories, and discover new things about the trees and forest around them. Adults will receive tips to continue exploration at home.

Instructor: Megan Sneyd, early childhood engagement specialist, The Morton Arboretum

Age: Children ages 3 to 5 years. An adult must accompany the child.

Megan Sneyd works with early childhood programs, where she shares her love for nature with some of the Arboretum’s youngest stewards. She takes every opportunity to help people develop and strengthen their own connection with nature.

What to Know

An adult must accompany the child.

Wear shoes and clothes that can get dirty.
