Dr. Heidi Schreiber-Pan, Ph.D., is the founder of Chesapeake Mental Health and executive director of the Center for Nature Informed Therapy in Maryland. A licensed professional counselor and board-approved supervisor, Dr. Schreiber-Pan is globally recognized for her expertise in nature-based mental health counseling and treating anxiety, PTSD, OCD, stress, and burnout. Formerly a faculty member at Loyola University, Maryland, she has researched resilience, psychological well-being, and nature-informed therapy and is currently investigating nature-based mental health interventions.
Dr. Schreiber-Pan collaborates with various organizations to implement stress reduction strategies and enhance well-being through positive psychology and nature integration. She has been featured in the New York Times and is the author of the acclaimed self-help books Taming the Anxious Mind and The Outside Within: Stories of Nature’s Role in Psychological Well-Being.

This class is held entirely online. The online materials will take approximately 80 minutes to complete. Participants will have access to the online materials for 60 days after the course start date. Please provide a unique email address for each registrant at registration.
