Learn how to bring nature to your own backyard. Explore why using native plants is an important part of environmentally friendly gardening and landscape design. You will understand how to properly select native plants for the best results and lowest maintenance. Gain the skills necessary to design native plant landscapes that provide lush, beautiful sanctuaries for people, songbirds, and butterflies in residential areas, corporate campuses, and other public spaces.

Dave Neu has served more than 35 years in government, nonprofit, and corporate roles as a natural resources program and organization leader. His work has included native prairie and wetland restorations, wildlife surveys and population management, public outreach and education, strategic partnerships, and planning. He has led the management of tens of thousands of acres of public and private lands, as well as spearheading conservation initiatives throughout the Midwest.
