Learn how to add fragrance to your garden in this walking tour. The Morton Arboretum’s Fragrance Garden is the perfect place to take in the pleasant aromas of plants and flowering shrubs. Stroll the garden with an Arboretum horticulturist and learn about the garden’s history, how its plantings change throughout the year, what plants you can grow at home to add fragrance to your garden, and tips on plant care.

The program will begin with a short outdoor talk. Then walk the garden together as the instructor highlights a variety of plants and how to use them in a home landscape.

This program meets in person at the Arboretum.

Rachelle Frosch is a horticulturist who has cared for the display gardens at The Morton Arboretum since 2012. Her seasonal display plant knowledge and design skills help shape the Arboretum’s gardens. With her years of experience in planting and caring for perennial plants, trees, and shrubs, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others through horticulture classes.
