Prized through the centuries for its health benefits, chocolate was acknowledged as a powerful curative before it acquired a reputation as our favorite guilty pleasure.
In this program, Cocoa + Co. founder Kim Hack will explore the ingredients used to make chocolate, how they interact with our bodies, and how chocolate can help protect against heart disease, memory loss, and more.
During the presentation, participants will enjoy bite-sized tastings of craft chocolate bars sourced from artisans around the world.
