On Thursday, May 7, attend an elegant five-course dinner at The Morton Arboretum’s Ginkgo Restaurant and taste an array of tequilas with the beautiful Meadow Lake as a backdrop. Expand your palate and experience the full spectrum of tequila, from the delicate notes of silver tequila to the woody, complex flavors of reposado and añejo.

The evening’s program features invited experts from Don Fulano Tequila, who will share insights about food pairings that can bring out the best in tequila and how aging in white oak barrels develops color, aroma, and flavor.

Guests will be seated at shared tables of 10.

About Don Fulano Tequila

Don Fulano tequilas are produced by the Fonseca family, fifth-generation agave farmers and distillers in Jalisco, Mexico. Their premium, additive-free tequilas use volcanic spring water and mature Maduro and Pinto agave hand-selected from the family’s orchards.
