As the Center for Tree Science (CTS) Fellowship Coordinator, Christine provides critical support to the research department at the Arboretum.
Upon earning her MS in Geography, Christine joined The Morton Arboretum as a research assistant in its forest ecology lab. With experience in both lab and fieldwork, Christine has coordinated multiple research projects and managed teams of volunteers overseeing the growing Integrated Mentorship Program. She has also coordinated the Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program, funded by the National Science Foundation.
In addition to her role as fellowship coordinator, Christine helps the Science and Conservation Program Manager advance the mission of the Arboretum and serves as a member of interdepartmental councils and committees. Her research interests include biogeography, climate change, and phenology.
