LISLE, Ill. (November 19, 2024) – The Morton Arboretum has been named one of Chicago’s Top Workplaces by the Chicago Tribune for the fourth consecutive year. The selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey that measures several culture drivers critical to the success of any organization, including values, connection and appreciation.
In addition, the Arboretum received three Culture Excellence Awards for Work-Life Flexibility, Professional Development and Appreciation. These awards reflect the Arboretum’s dedication to supporting employees in balancing personal and professional lives, fostering career growth and recognizing the importance of genuine appreciation in the workplace.
“Being named a Top Workplace for the fourth year in a row reflects the dedication of our talented staff and their contributions to making The Morton Arboretum a leader in our field and an outstanding place to work,” said Jill Koski, president and CEO. “This recognition is a testament to the team’s collective commitment to fostering a positive work environment and a culture of collaboration, curiosity, experimentation and impact.”
