LISLE, Ill. (July 16, 2025)—The Morton Arboretum has been recognized for the first time as a 2025 Top Workplace for Hospitality by Energage. This national recognition follows the Arboretum’s 2025 USA TODAY Top Workplace award in March, as well as its designation as a Chicago Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune for four consecutive years.
The 2025 Top Workplaces for Hospitality award, based solely on employee feedback collected through the Energage Workplace Survey, celebrates organizations that demonstrate excellence as employers within the hospitality sector. The Arboretum’s recognition in the cultural attraction subcategory highlights the nonprofit’s dedication to nurturing an environment where employees feel valued, engaged and supported in their professional growth.
“This recognition directly reflects the incredibly talented and dedicated Arboretum staff who advance our vision of a greener, healthier, more beautiful world where people and trees thrive together,” said Arboretum President and CEO Jill Koski. “Being named a Hospitality Top Workplace affirms the commitment of the entire Arboretum team to fostering a workplace culture where all employees feel valued and supported.”
