Spend a beautiful spring afternoon sampling more than 80 wine varieties as you stroll under vine-covered trellises to admire blooming seasonal display beds and container gardens in The Gerard T. Donnelly Grand Garden.

Once you’ve sampled and selected your favorite wines, place an order to pick up the wine of your choosing at a later date. Each purchase you make supports the Arboretum’s mission, with 10% of all wine sales being donated back to The Morton Arboretum.

Event Details

Attendees may purchase concessions in Arbor Court for the duration of the event and additional food and beverages from the Ginkgo Restaurant and Café until the Visitor Center closes at 6:00 p.m. Artisan breads, cheeses, and baked goods will be available from specialty vendors.

A small number of art vendors will be present at the event.

VIP tickets include early access at 11:00 a.m., one hour before the event opens to regular ticket holders at noon. As a special welcome, VIP ticket holders can craft a custom mimosa using a variety of fresh fruit juices and Domaine Bousquet Brut organic sparkling wine.

Designated driver tickets are not available for this event. Nondrinking attendees should purchase Arboretum general admission for Saturday, May 10.

Accessibility

The Spring Wine Tasting event takes place in the Arbor Court and The Grand Garden areas. Paved walkways throughout this area are accessible to wheelchairs and walkers. The tasting tables will be stationed on the pavement, or on the grass within ten feet of the path.
