Join us for The Morton Arboretum’s annual Farm-to-Table Dinner featuring locally-sourced ingredients in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Come experience elegant outdoor dining in natural beauty. This one-of-a-kind meal features fresh, local ingredients expertly prepared and served under our White Pine Pavilion. Enjoy five courses of farm-fresh food paired with local craft spirits and wines.

Guests will be seated at shared tables of 10.


2021 Dinner Menu

First Course

Chilled Watermelon Soup

Paired with Chambord raspberry liqueur with mint pesto

Second Course

Shaved Root Salad, roasted fingerling potatoes, radish, beets, manchego cheese, pea shoots, fine herb-truffle vinaigrette

Paired with Blackberry Ginger Whiskey Sour, made with Whiskey Acres Bourbon, Dekalb, Illinois

Third Course

Quail Breast, cippolini onions and shiitake mushrooms, charred peaches, sage

Vegetarian Dinner – Zucchini Cakes, cippolini onions and shiitake mushrooms, lemon vinaigrette

Paired with Sweet White Wine from the Soft Wine Collection by Oliver Winery and Vineyards, Indiana

Fourth Course

Smoked Chili Rubbed Skirt Steak, brussels sprouts, lardons, wild rice, cherry demi-glace

Vegetarian Dinner – Smoked Chili Rubbed Cauliflower Steak, wild rice, cherry balsamic glaze

Paired with Sangria, from Oliver Winery and Vineyards, Indiana

Fifth Course

Butter Cake, Michigan blueberry compote, Chantilly cream, basil syrup
