Anna Dusold, certified yoga instructor

Anna Lee was beyond enthusiastic at discovering her devotion to nature could be combined with her passion for yoga in completing her 200 hour certificate at Adventure Yoga Training in Arizona. It is Anna Lee’s greatest hope that each class will bring you an expansion of the mind, nourishment of the body, and an elevation of your soul.

Marla Mothershed, certified yoga instructor

Since 2018, Marla has been teaching yoga to all ages and abilities. She brings her love of nature into her class, incorporating moon phases, the miracle of plants, and simply receiving the gifts of breezes and sunshine. She teaches that yoga can nourish the spirit and mind as well as the body.

Natalie Schilke, certified yoga instructor

Natalie Schilke has been practicing yoga since 2010 and blends her love for nature and wellness into all of her teachings. She is a registered yoga teacher and also holds a certification in children’s yoga, aerial yoga, and horticultural therapy.
