Spend an evening among the trees, tasting whiskey and listening to live music in the Arboretum’s Firefly Pavilion at the Winter Whiskey Tasting event on Saturday, March 14, 2026.

Taste a selection of whiskeys curated by a team of experts from Binny’s Beverage Depot and warm up at the cozy fire pits on the open-air patios of the Arboretum’s Firefly Pavilion. From the velvety smoothness of aged bourbons to the peaty allure of single malts, every pour is an invitation to explore the nuanced flavors of fine whiskey.

Tickets

Tickets go on sale to Arboretum members on Tuesday, January 13, and to all on Tuesday, January 20.

Designated driver tickets include admission to the selected session and nonalcoholic hot beverage options. This ticket type does not include a tasting glass.

This event is for adults aged 21 and older. No children, including infants in strollers, will be permitted.

Accessibility

The Winter Whiskey Tasting event takes place in the Firefly Pavilion, an open-air event space on the Arboretum’s East Side. Parking and paved walking paths will be available near the event location. These paths are accessible for wheelchairs and walkers. Accessible restrooms are available in the Firefly Pavilion.

Parking

Accessible parking is available in parking lot P-1, which features a permeable concrete paver system that allows rainwater to pass through. These pavers are uneven, but the accessible parking spaces and pathways from parking lot P-1 to the Visitor Center have smooth pavers. Manual wheelchairs are available for loan by visiting the Information Desk inside the Visitor Center, as are other aids for guests with special needs. Accessible restrooms are available in the Visitor Center and the nearby West Pavilion.
