Living Witnesses: Black Narratives of Resilience and Trees is a thought-provoking webinar that explores the intricate connections between Black individuals and the arboreal world. This event, hosted by Black plant media curator Colah B Tawkin, who also founded a nonprofit with a mission to plant trees in every state, brings to light the good, the bad, and unique aspects of this relationship, offering a space to reflect on history, heritage, and healing.
