Six of The Morton Arboretum’s tree collections–oaks, maples, elms, magnolias, crabapples, and lindens–are accredited with the Plant Collections Network. But what makes these trees so special? And what does it mean to be “accredited,” anyway? This self-paced, online course introduces you to these six collections, why they’re important, and where to find them on our grounds.
