LeeAnn Kruszynski, MS

Manager, Corporate Sustainability Partnership Program

Content Detail

LeeAnn helps the Chicago Region Trees Initiative (CRTI) turn sustainability goals from aspiration to reality for its corporate partners.

As the Manager of CRTI’s Corporate Sustainability Program, LeeAnn’s recommendations are aimed at helping companies achieve their corporate sustainability goals through the completion of high-impact urban forestry projects—particularly in the most under-resourced communities of the Chicago region.

In her previous role as a corporate sustainability consultant, LeeAnn helped Fortune 500 clients achieve sustainability objectives spanning various environmental indicators. She has built her career around a passion for sustainability and preserving the natural environment for future generations.

LeeAnn has coached global restaurant chains through sustainability strategy development, including formulating practical corporate sustainability goals and determining diversion rates across some 40,000 sites.

She has also worked to increase manufacturing clients’ brand awareness and competitive marketplace advantage, by identifying outlets and establishing partnerships for diverting difficult-to-recycle specialty materials (e.g., coffee pods, hot cups) from landfills.
