Admission to the Arboretum for Groups of Eight or More

Group rates can be offered on orders of eight or more people purchasing tickets in a single transaction. Group admission offers a discounted rate and makes check-in at the gatehouse easier than with general admission. Group admission can also be planned, purchased, and reserved further out than general admission is available, allowing groups the opportunity to plan well ahead of time.

The Registrar’s Office handles all Group Admission inquiries and admission discounting.

Groups should fill out this form at least three weeks before their requested visit date. This allows the Registrar’s Office time to process their request. Requests made less than three weeks in advance cannot be considered for the discount rate, and visitors will have to purchase their own tickets online.

Registrar Contact Information and Hours:

Call: 630-719-2468
Hours: Weekdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Email: registrar-ed@mortonarb.org

Please note that requests may be denied due to other Arboretum programming being offered on that date, or because group reservations for that date and time may be at capacity.

The standard rates for groups start with a $30 registration fee, plus the following special rates:

Adults: $11
Seniors: $10
Children (2-17): $8
Children under 2: Free

Once sold, tickets are nonrefundable, but groups may be rebooked to a new date in the case of inclement weather.

Following approval of a group admission request, the group organizer will be sent a link for online payment. Payment for the visit must be made prior to arrival.

Any corrections, changes, or amendments to the reservation must be made through the Registrar’s Office.

Please note that group discounts are not currently available for ticketed Arboretum Special Events.
