Its founder, Beman Dawes, cultivated a relationship of sharing information and knowledge with Joy Morton that carries on today at their prestigious arboretums. Speakers are The Morton Arboretum’s library collections manager Rita Hassert and The Dawes Arboretum’s historian Leslie Wagner.
