Grow Microgreens Indoors (online)

Microgreens! You’ve seen them, heard of them, but have you grown them yourself?

Content Detail

Microgreens! You’ve seen them, heard of them, but have you grown them yourself? Microgreens are the nutrient-rich shoots of vegetables picked before they reach full maturity. Most microgreens can be harvested within 20 days. Learn to grow your own microgreens indoors, even if you have a small space or a small budget. David Toledo with Contemporary Farmer, Inc., will guide you and explain the process of doing it yourself at home. This online class on indoor gardening will be interactive and informative. Be ready to have fun, and start your indoor garden.

We will learn:

  • how to set up an indoor garden for microgreens,
  • which varieties are easy to start off with,
  • what type of soil and seeds to consider, and
  • how to harvest your microgreens.
